I thoroughly enjoyed my tour. My guide was on time and keen to explain the history behind each site. The scenery is beautiful along the way with amazing spots to stop for photos. It is a bit of a drive from Tirana and spent some time waiting at the border crossing due to a queue. This made the day a bit longer and I felt like more time could have been spent at the sites exploring. If you are interested in a taste of Budva and Kotor, I do recommend this tour. If you want more time to explore and hike, then an overnight stay would be ideal.
