Purchasers BEWARE! If you are late - there is absolutely no way to join the tour. Unfortunately I got lost and arrived at 6:17 pm. Operator said the tour guide waited until 6:10pm and left, so I effectively cancelled and would not be issued a refund. There was no way to call / contact the guide as the number provided isn’t on whats app and no one attempted to contact me either. I asked if I could meet the tour as it’s 3 hours and I arrived 7 minutes after the tour left and was told no. I also asked if I could join the tour on the next day since I had already paid and was denied to participate and was told I would have to pay & book again. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, I would expect a bit more understanding / flexibility given that this was created / caters to tourists. Overall completely disappointed

Had a great time on the tour & our guide, Yuki, was excellent! I was a little worried beforehand about joining a tour group by myself, but the whole thing was a lot of fun. Yuki made sure to show us interesting places along the way to each bar, so we learned a bit about the area beyond just where to get a good drink.

Yuki M was a wonderful tour guide. Great food and drink. Even helped us find a great karaoke bar after the tour. So much fun and great learning about Japanese culture. Would 100% recommend for start of Tokyo trip ????
