Bobby was accommodating, polite and timely - he took us to several interesting sites including a beautiful shrine, a bustling marketplace, and Lake Kawaguchi for a quick speedboat tour. He even dropped us off at our Tokyo restaurant to save us time. The lunch plane, while good, had a very limited menu that might not appeal to all palates so keep that in mind . We wished we had eaten at the marketplace earlier…..

The places in the itinerary were scenic and enjoyable. Mount Fuji was a pleasure to visit on the one day tour with entire family.

Zayn was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the sites. He was always timely and flexible. He really went above and beyond for us — We’re very glad to have had him! Highly recommend Zayn for anyone planning a visit. As for the tour itself, it was great! The most efficient way to see Mt Fuji and the surrounding sites. We didn’t feel like we missed out on anything; rather, we felt we got the real highlights of the area.
