We were only in Tokyo for 12 hours and we just couldn't find the pick-up spot and we missed the start time. I called the office and they returned my call. Adam apologized and offered to give us a tour at another time, I was so ready to fight and was blown away with their customer service. Adam gave us an awesome experience thru Ikebukuro food district. Let me point out that the restaurants gave us full size meals,not samples. Even got my daughter to try and love the Sushi. Thanks again to Adam for making our experience memorable.

It was an interesting experience. Our guide Adam was very friendly, accommodating, and full of interesting insights. Recommended for someone who wants an introduction to Japanese food culture within the context of what is available in Ikebukuro.
