We enjoyed to discover the contrast between historic structures and advanced buildings in Tokyo, thanks to our lighthearted and knowledgeable tour guide. I also got the chance to enjoy tasting japanese broth and stock in Nihonbashi. I was impressed that the taste was slightly different between East Japan soup and West Japan soup. For me, stock made from kelp and dried bonito shavings was excellent! Highly recommend this to anyone interested in rediscovering deep Tokyo's charms.
