We entertained 12 guests by treating them to this one hour cruise. It provided a great view of Toronto but the audio on the boat cruise was poor if you sat on the top deck. This should not happen when it's costing you almost $450CAD!
As a result, none of us could hear much of any of the commentary provided by what seemed to be a knowledgeable guide. As much as we raised our hand to signal that we could not hear, this needs to be addressed immediately so that your guests can at least benefit from the information being shared. Disappointed because of this experience.
