You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The ebike tour in Porto was probably one of the best ones we have done, and we do one of these in every city we travel to. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, patient and great fun. We learned a great deal about the history as she was incredibly passionate about Porto and had deep knowledge on history and many other areas beyond. Very caring and careful with the group we were in and helped navigate the streets and keep us safe as Porto doesn't really have bike paths. It was just super interesting and the three hours went super fast! The bikes were also really good and well maintained, the guy who gave them to us checked everything and
