With Mr. Francisco Texugo as the most knowledgeable and agreable host, we enjoyed a spectacular and very interesting tour of Sesimbra Castle, Arrábida with adequate stops to take in the beauty of the area. Including a coffee-break at a truly pictoresque place - Portinho da Arrábida. We also made an interesting visit to an azulejos (tiles) workshop. To end the tour we had a vine tasting. As some of us had been in the area before and had visited the bigger companies, Fransisco had arranged for us to visit a smaller quinta. We were very well received at the Quinta de Catralvos and had an interesting tour and tasting of different wines including their Moscatel. The weather was fantastic so numerous incredible vistas and we had so many interesting informations and also laughs. We give Badger Tours our warmest recommendations.

Francisco gave us a great tour of a couple of the towns around sesimbra and the arrabida national park. He was very friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable about the history and the area. He also takes great pictures. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the tour!

Really lovely tour, we went to a wine cellar tour which was really interesting, Francisco was great and very knowledgeable. All the stops for the views were beautiful. Highly recommend.
