  • This tour is mixed ie. As a tour and public transport-based tour offered: You are about 2.5 hours on foot and about 30 minutes on the bus / tram / underground
  • It is recommended to book a 24-hour Ticket (about 4 EUR) in advance to buy or small change (about 20 PLN) with you. The machines do not accept all debit cards and cash in EUR is not.
  • The order of the visit is adapted to the location of your hotel.
  • On Friday afternoon (from 1:00 pm), on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays, this tour will be conducted without visiting the synagogue.
  • During this tour, there will be no visit to the main exhibition in the POLIN Museum. It is recommended to visit the main exhibition with audio guides available in German. For the visit you should plan about 2.5 hours. Please note the opening hours of the museum: Mon., Thurs., Fri .: 10:00 to 18:00, Tue .: closed, Wed., Sat., Sun .: 10:00 to 20:00
  • This tour is not suitable for the kids.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

On Monday 14 July my boyfriend and I had the privilege to be guided by Marzena of Polin Tours around the former Warsaw ghetto and we will never forget it. Marzena made us understand in a deep way, she didn’t just lecture, she made us see. She gave us aha-moments. She was wonderful and if you have the chance to go on this tour of the Warsaw ghetto, do it. And maybe, like us, you will feel like this tour was one of the most important things you have ever done. Symbolic place, but with photos and memorials and part of the wall that made up the ghetto where Polish Jews were forced to live and where they were killed when they rebelled in 1944.

This experience was simply AMAZING!! Our tour guide went out of her way to answer our questions and tie our visits to the POLIN and Warsaw Uprising Museums with the tour!! This is a must-do experience for anyone visiting Warsaw!!
