The Albanian cooking class was more than just a lesson in traditional cuisine; it was a gateway to a rich cultural experience. Our host, Sokol, was the epitome of hospitality, sharing not only his cooking secrets but also stories that brought each dish to life. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel like family rather than guests. Sokol’s expertise was evident as he guided us through the preparation of each recipe with patience and great humor. The flavors were authentic and bold, transporting us to the heart of Albania with every bite. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Sokol for an unforgettable experience. His passion for cooking and his dedication to sharing his culture left a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend this cooking class to anyone looking for a unique and delightful culinary adventure. Skøn aften med Sokol som kok med lækker albanske og middelhavsretter. Vi fik 13 små seerveringer - primært vegetarisk. Alle smagte udsøgt, og Sokol fortalte vidt og bredt om maden, kulturen, historien og livet i Albanien. Det er et must-do i Tirana, hvis man kan lide kulinariske oplevelser.
