The ride was very good. Was not sure to meet with driver but kept following the path, people and signs and came into an area with a whole bunch of drivers waiting with little signs that had names on them. Saw my name and then went to that sign and found our driver. After that was just driving to the hotel in the city which was fine.

Before I left, I received emails from this vendor confirm my pickup at Rome Airport and where to find the driver and the time he would be there. When I got off the plane, it was easy to find the driver who helped us with the luggage as we walked to the parked car. The driver was very kind, the only comment was that he did not speak English. However, he took us right to the front door of our hotel and it was a pleasant trip.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
