Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Excellent, professional service in a beautiful vehicle.
We were delayed on the tarmac for an hour. MIGUEL stayed in contact and was so kind to wait for us. I hughly recommend Miguel anytime.

We had a lot of luggage at arrival since we were moving to Lisbon/Cascais area to live. Nuno was our first interaction and he was very welcoming and helpful. It took us a while to get put of customs before we came in with a pet (dog) and he needed a vet inspection. Nuno contacted us via WhatsApp to make sure all was good. Our brbo was not available until 4:00pm and we arrived around 11:00am. Nuno helped us by calling the property owner to see if we could check in earlier than anticipated. He also helped with all the luggage (10+) and oriented us in the area. I would highly recommend business with Nuno at record tours. Muito obrigada
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
