Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

I had spoke to the company the night before and requested a van. The gentleman on the phone was very accommodating. However, the message never was relayed to the driver. It didn't matter, this young man made his car work for all our luggage and us. I would recommend this company because they make sure you get to your destination without too much of a hassle.

Driver didn't show up. After waiting more than 45 minutes, we hailed a cab as we would have missed our flight otherwise. Hotel staff said this company is notorious for this. Very disappointed that Viator would do business with such a company with such a bad reputation.
