Prompt, knew the directions. London traffic was pretty bad, but navigated it okay. The van was able to hold 5 adults and luggage going to a cruise in Southampton.

Thought we paid for an individual car transfer to Southampton from our hotel at 11 AM. Company called and said pick up changed to 940AM and it turned out to be a multi person van with 8 passengers and another pickup, not a solo car. That was OK and the van was comfortable and the trip was fine, but they should have Indicated we were paying for a multi person shared ride, not a solo car which, for $336, we thought we were getting. Felt like a bait and switch. So if you book thIs transfer, it's a mutiperson van, not a solo car. So be aware.

Pedro was prompt and very professional, a delight to meet and get to know on our 2 hour journey. I'm so glad we decided to use this platform to book our transfer! Our trip was from London Heathrow to Dover to our overnight hotel before embarking on a cruise! A very stress relieving journey!
