Very unhappy with this service! First, I was not sent a time and location for the pick up so I had to contact the tour operator several times until I finally reached them. On the day of the tour, no one came to pick me up and the tour operator was again not reachable via email or phone. I requested a full refund for my ticket but my vacation day was ruined. Overall it was a very upsetting and frustrating experience and I would definitely not recommend to book a tour with them!

An excellent tour for all ages! Ray our tour guide was exceptional and we saw a wide range of attractions on the North Shore with lots of options! Well worth the money spent! My 17 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed it! Took in part of a Surf competition, perused village shops, went Paddle boarding down a river with turtles, enjoyed delicious treats served at different attractions and more! Lots to see and do!
