It is a wonderful tour in the heart of Transylvania, which combines the history and architecture of medieval castles (Bran and Rasnov) with beautiful landscapes from the Romanian traditional villiges ,and especially spectacular by meeting the brown bears in the sanctuary of Zarnesti The Bran castle, also known as the Dracula castle, build in the 14 century and made famous by the Irish writer Bram Stoker. Legends,spirits, ghosts and many mysteries will be encountered at Draculas castle.Third we have Rasnov fortress, build in the 13th century on top of a rocky hill creating the perfect vantage point over the surounding valley,reason why it was concured only once in 1611.

  • Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle), Bran, Romania
    The Bran castle also known as the Dracula castle, build in the 14 century and made famous by the Irish writer Bram Stoker. Legends,spirits, ghosts and many mysteries will be encountered at Draculas castle .Bran castle will take you back to the 14th century when times where much simpler.Here we will encounter the gotic architecture of the castle. Build on a bolder in a valley having the roll to look over the border and protect the entrance into Transylvania.Tall walls, cold,robust towers, rooms surrounded in mistery offer the perfect ambience to take you back to the medieval times when the castle was patrolled by guards and where Dracula tortured thousands.

  • Rasnov Citadel, Rasnov, Romania
    The Rasnov fortress has a very stratigical positioning the fortress was protected by its tall walls that are still standing even after almost 700 years. The fortress had the roll to protect the villagers in chase of attacks. Here you will be able to see the ruins of a catholic chapel, the defence towers and also the ruins of the aprox 80 houses, the school and the water well that was dug by 2 prisoners and is 146 m deep.

  • Libearty Bear Sanctuary Zarnesti, Zarnesti, Romania
    We will visit the largest brown bear sanctuary in Eastern Europe. In this sanctuary live about 110 brown bears. In Romania it is the largest population of brown bears in Europe, approximately 6000 specimens. Adult bears and cubs live in the sanctuary. Before being brought here, they lived in captivity or were brought from other areas of Romania, where they had problems surviving (Bear cubs). Adult bears and cubs live in the sanctuary. Tourists will be delighted by the playful bears, will be able to take photos and will also be able to adopt a bear, thus giving a better life to the bears in the sanctuary.

  • Moieciu, Moieciu, Romania
    A beautiful Romanian mountain village, which offers beautiful landscapes with the Bucegi and Piatra Craiului mountains. We will see the animals of the peasants perched on the hills of the village and the scattered houses on the surrounding hills. We will have lunch at a traditional Romanian restaurant.

Wir wurden von Traian (der Geschäftsführer der Agentur) persönlich mit einem Mercedes pünktlich abgeholt. Bewertung der Leistung: Guide: sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend , offen, hilfsbereit, flexible, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet, geduldig Auto: Wasser wurde offeriert, klimatisiert, sehr sauber, bequem, Mercedes Luxus Klasse! Musik durften wir selbst auswählen Tour: -kurze Wartezeiten beim Eintritt in den Schlössern (Max. 5 Min) -die Geschwindigkeit war an unseren Bedürfnissen angepasst, er hat geduldig gewartet - Traian war stäts bereit uns Fotos zu machen und uns sogar gezeigt wo und wie man die schönsten Fotos macht - die Reihenfolge der Schlösser war ideal. - Traian hat ein breites Wissen über Kultur und Geschichte, er war stets offen für Fragen, welche alle beantwortet wurden - Traian hat uns sehr schnell die Eintrittstickets organisiert - zusätzlich hat er uns über die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Brasov beraten, ohne danach zu fragen (sehr zuvorkommend!) Service: kurz und bündig: 5 Sterne PLUS Die Erwartungen wurden bei weiten übertröffen. Jeder Franken war es Wert!!! Meine Empfehlung : -Beginnt die Tour so früh wie möglich. Der rumänische Verkehr ist unberechenbar. Haltet euch deshalb an die Empfehlungen von Traian. Er weiss am besten, wie man es umgehen kann und sehr viel Zeit sparen kann. (Er hat mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung!) - bucht direkt bei Ihn. Sicherlich kann man die Tour auch nach euren Wünschen anpassen. Ich würde immer wieder eine Tour mit Ihm buchen! Danke Traian für den unvergesslichen Tag!

Definitely a tour to make you fall in love with Transylvania! Do ask for Traian though. He is the best there is at what he does and a great fun guy! He definitely made the day for us! Thank you Traian for everything!!!
