It is approx 1 hour uphill rough hike from where you park the car. Wear gripped shoes and bring water. They do not have toilets or sell water after you pass the little cafe at the start of the walk. We went on a Monday in July and it wasn’t busy at all, no queues or anything. The walk up is truly stunning and the 7 ladders gorges itself is even better. A lady in front of us slipped and broke her leg so care is needed. We zip lined back down to the car which was good fun, I would recommend it. From car back to car we were about 4 hours. You can do it a lot faster but obviously you want to take your time and enjoy it.
