  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

First, the driver showed up on the wrong day and would not admit it was an error. Then, it took the better part of the day to get confirmation I would have a driver on the correct day. Then, of course, on the correct day, the driver didn’t show up and the company simply said they didn’t have a driver and to, “call the company.” Don’t book these people.
