Fortified walls encircle Sighişoara’s lustrous merchant houses, now harbouring cafes, hotels and craft shops. Visit Sighisoara medieval town including The Clock Tower, The Church on the Hill and the house where Vlad the Impaler was born. Walking along the wall that surrounds Sighisoara citadel we admire the five centuries-old houses along with the towers erected by various guilds of the citadel, from which the Shoemakers, Tailors and Tin Makers Guilds towers are the most impressive. We visit the Church on the Hill but not before climbing the 175 covered steps which were built in 1642 in order to make easier access for the schoolchildren's.     I paid A LOT OF MONEY - Over $200 Canadian for a tour of these two medieval towns. Not only was I disappointed by the towns but I had an ";alternate" tour guide who told me NO INFORMATION unless I plied it out of him. I have seed good reviews for Bogdan. But he has a friend who does tours who only does the BASICS. I had to ask him EVERYTHING or he would not share anything with me. Very short stop in each town and little information shared. Make sure you get the owner of this company and not his friend who works in logisitics who knows noting,, shares nothings, and talks on his cell phone the whole time. Good thing I had a book to read ! WORKS MONEY SPENT IN ROMANIA

    It was a private tour with our guide, Bogdan and the walking tour experience at Sighisoara & Sibiu was great! Bogdan is knowledgeable & he certainly knows his way around. He is very accommodating, drives safely & has a sense of humour. An enjoyable trip with a great guide!
