Departure twice a day, from Cluj, at 8:30 and 13:30. Transfer by car (1h) to Turda and guided visit of the salt mine. Entry tickets included. Tickets for the amusement park not included.

  • Salina Turda, Turda, Romania
    You will descend into the underground where you'll completely be surrounded by salt. Walk on a man-made gallery, visit three mining chambers, learn about mining techniques and local urban legends and, nevertheless, take a boat or a Ferris-wheel ride. The visit of the mine involves climbing and descending some stairs. In total there about steps to go up and down, but most of them can be avoided by taking two different elevators.

  • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately (from May to September, please take a sweater or a jacket with you as temperature inside is only 10-12° C (50-53° F) all year long)
  • In full season, because of big queues for the elevators, the guide will impose taking the stairs (around 350 steps / one way)
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Please try to put on some non-slippery shoes.

Fajne miejsce, inne, warte zobaczenia, jednak proponuję wejście stare a nie nowe. Na pewno robi wrażenie, chociaż bilety nie są tanie 120 lei za 2 osoby w sobotę

You can visit the mine and also have some fun too. Salt mine is absolutely breathtaking, unique and definitely it is worth to visit.

Nous avons visité la mine, mais c'est juste attraction touristique. Il y a pas de production de sel.
