Chefchaouen and Akchour were by themselves worthy of visiting but the overall experience was just average.
You're mostly paying for the transportation there and back with not much of a guided tour experience in between. We had 1 driver and 2 guides, one for Chefchaouen and another for the hike.
Pros:
-Clean and modern van for transportation
-Timely pick-up and drop-off (9am start/7pm end)
-Guides were professional and friendly
-Chefchaouen was beautiful
Cons:
-Restaurant was closed so no coffee/tea was provided like described. No attempt to find another solution nor backup plan provided
-Everything else was extra, no snacks provided, lunch not provided. 1 small bottle of water provided
-Guides did not provide much in the way of interesting information about the city
-Guides are only there to shepherd you along the way
-Overpriced for what you get, only worth $70 at most
-Akchour was just ok in the dry season, did not get to see the big waterfall. Tour operator should have warned us in the beginning we would not get to see the aforementioned waterfall in all of the photos
If the price was $50 or even $70, I would have given this trip a slightly higher score.
