The driver was friendly, on time and helpful. However, we were pickup from a cruise port in Jamaica and had to walk outside of the gates which were really far and uncomfortable(felt unsafe). It would have been nice for the driver to have pick us up and dropped us off within the gates at the cruise port. We also had a different driver than what was initially told to us. But it was at a great price and would consider using again.
