Start your day with a relaxing drive to south Trinidad. Enjoy a wide variety of East Indian foods and delicacies. Continue the adventure on a short hike through an abandoned sugar plantation and teak forest before arriving at the mud volcano. A large circular pool of clay filled material, we jump in and get ourselves dirty and enjoy the cool rejuvenating properties of nature’s best. We continue the hiking adventure to the calm waters of the south-west coast, the perfect opportunity for washing off the mud and enjoying a relaxing swim.

We pick up at hotels in Port of Spain and environs. Any pick-up outside of Port of Spain requires an additional cost.

  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
  • Please inform us upon confirmation, if any participants carry serious medical conditions.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

For the nature lover this 2 for 1 deal is awesome. Had a blast visiting L'eau Michel Mud Volcano and L'eau Michel Beach. Its an easy hike if you want to call it a hike. Its more of a walk. At the volcano have yourself to a full body (hair included) DIY mud treatment. Just go in and get covered. And, laugh it up being happy as you go sliding down the natural mud slide. After soaking in all the nutrients from the mud head to the beach to wash off. Soak up the Sun and get you some Salt Water Healing. Whether you plan a trip on your with friends or you utilize one of the local hike/adventure/outdoor tour providers, L'eau Michel is a must.

Really unique hike to the mud volcano and we had the whole thing to ourself! The food tour was a nice added touch. Cannot say enough good things about Nate, our tour guide, he went above and beyond at every turn, and a really smart and interesting guy to talk to. Highly recommend!
