You will be driving your own sled and team of dogs in pairs, an experienced guide will lead your tour on the trail (group size is 20 guests maximum) - Drive your own team of huskies, in pairs you will share control of a dog sled and team of 5-7 Alaskan Huskies - Training is provided on how to control your sled and an experienced guide will lead your tour on the trail - 90 minutes of dog sledding in the Arctic wilderness - Afterwards, enjoy cake and a warm drink in the Lavvu - All necessary equipment to keep you safe and warm is provided. Minimum age 7 years Join us for the experience of a lifetime, mushing your own team of dogs across the Arctic wilderness. Meet our kennel of over 120 beautiful Alaskan Huskies. These are the running dogs of the Arctic, born and bred with a passion to pull. You will have plenty of opportunities to swap between driver and passenger throughout the trip, as well as a chance to cuddle the dogs once back at the kennel.

The dogs were lovely and it was great fun driving the sled across the snow for such a long period. We were told stories about the dogs and were given nordic food and drink near the end of the experience. Well worth a go!

Sowohl der Transfer, als auch der Ausflug an und für sich war bestens organisiert. Wir sind pünktlich am Scandic Hotel gestartet und fuhren durchs weiße Tromso zur Huskyfarm. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung und Hundeknuddeln machten wir uns dann schon auf große Fahrt und konnten in Zweier-Besetzung jeweils die Schlitten selbst fahren. Währenddessen hatten wir mehrmals Gelegenheit zu wechseln. Nach ca. 14km gab es noch leckeren Schokoladenkuchen und Heißgetränke im Lavvu, während wir noch ein paar Infos rund um die Farm erhielten. Ein unvergesslicher Ausflug, gerne wieder!

En couple en mars 2023. Environ 180€ par personne. Vous ne regretterez pas. Approximativement 25mn de route depuis Tromso. Prise en charge en van incluse depuis la ville ou rdv sur place au chenil si vous souhaitez venir avec votre propre véhicule. Belle organisation. Chenil d’environ 120 chiens, impatients car hyper actifs. Vêtements chauds fournis sur place, bottes, gants.. Vous êtes vraiment pris en charge. Quelques explications utiles avant de commencer la balade. Ne craignez pas de vous lancer, on s’habitue vite. Environ 1h15 de balade en traîneau. 2 personnes par traineau. Si vous êtes seul(e) on vous trouve un ou une partenaire. Il neigeait au long du parcours, magique.. Après la balade, café, thé, gâteaux. Réservez impérativement à l’avance car l’activité est très prisée. Succès mérité et pour vous, des souvenirs pour longtemps.
