This truffle cooking class was delightful! We made crostini with truffles, pasta (from scratch) with truffles, arugula salad with truffles, bacon wrapped pork with truffles, and a truffle-looking dessert (like a tiramisu). Each dish was delicious and nicely paired with their wines. We also loved the evoo and the views! The staff was nice, and we had a truly unforgettable experience! Would definitely recommend!
