The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended.
All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor.
For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age and 1.40m in height are not allowed in the activity.
Knowing how to swim is an essential requirement.
Easydivers is not responsible for activities aborted by customers due to fear, panic, misconduct, failure to comply with required diving procedures or other situations beyond the instructor’s control. Once the customer in these conditions returns to the vessel, he will have to respect the schedule of the activity that is taking place, not harming the other participants.
There will be no refund if the client not manage to complete the activity.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Great Team! Very professional and friendly. I tell you, if you want to give diving a try, this is the best choice ????
Unfortunately i didn't make it to see down deep water (will definitely try it again) but the whole time the trainers were by my side and also they gave attention to each member equally. It is 5 stars and more ????????

The Skipper, Dive Masters, and staff are lovely and professional. The gear is good and well-maintained, the dive boat was clean, and the skipper, Wilson, is very helpful. Our DM was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He was also a wiz navigator.
However, the actual diving was average - and this is nothing to do with the professionalism of the dive shop. Portugal isn't known for its great diving... it is the Atlantic Ocean, after all. The conditions were tough. The viz was 5 meters at best, though there was no swell or current. The water was cold - I recommend a dry suit over 7mm wetsuit.
