We pick up from all hotels - rentals located from Playa del Carmen to Tulum.
For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of either 7:30 am from Playa del Carmen or 8:00 am from Tulum. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing.

Excellent service! From picking you up at the hotel to returning you to the hotel. Alex, Arthur, Christina, and John explained everything to us with charisma and wisdom. Alex gave us a Mayan history class that taught us a lot. My family and I are very grateful and will return one day. I also give the transport vehicles five stars, very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Thank you to Javier for bringing us back safely. The Cenotes very nice and impressive. The food very delicious and healthy, thank you to everyone who attended and cooked us. Thank you very much, long live Mexico!

This was a wonderful experience! Arturo was an absolute amazing tour guide. He was kind, informative, and gave us all the time we needed to get the best experience. We were stuck in traffic due to an accident and I was fearful of not having the full time for the Excursion, but, we were not rushed at all! The restaurant meal was wonderful and Arturo joined us, which was so nice! It was our pleasure to visit with him. My husband is not a strong swimmer and Arturo was so helpful and kind to him. I highly recommend seeing Cenote Dos Ojos!

Amazing Experience! We had 10 ladies for this excursion and we all had such a beautiful time! Arturo was our guide and we loved him, he was so insightful, funny, and patient. We all can’t wait to come back!
