We pick up from all hotels-airbnb located in Tulum area. If condo or house rental, we require the full name and address of the place, sharing location via phone upon arrival is mandatory.

For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of either 7:30 am or 8 am. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing.

No show applies 15 minutes after pick up time.

    Your private tour guide will come to your hotel or rental with private transportation to pick you up. We can pick you up from any hotel-rental in Tulum area. It will take around 30-40 minutes to reach the cenote, depending on the location of your hotel.

Wow!! This tour was incredible and Alex/Rodrigo our guides were great. The cenotes we went to were beautiful and also not crowded. This felt like a VIP experience and I can’t wait to recommend and return.

Both cenotes although different were equally beautiful and peaceful. The best part is you aren’t rush by your guides it’s on your time. Rodrigo and Arturo took amazing care of us. The jokes made it even better. Lastly, the food at Januitas was perfect end to the day.

Der Guide war sehr nett und hat die Tour auf unsere Wünsche angepasst. Wir hatten so die cenoten fast für uns alleine! :-) Sollte jeder mal in México gemacht haben !
