We pick up from all hotels - rentals located from Playa del Carmen to Tulum.
If condo or house rental, we require the full name and address of the place, sharing location via phone upon arrival is requested.

For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of either 7:00 am from Playa del Carmen or 7:30 am from Tulum. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing.

No shows applies 15 minutes after confirmed pick up time.

We couldn’t have had a better day and experience. With several companies to choose from, we chose Absolute Adventures because of how friendly and helpful Claire was in addition to all of the great reviews, which were 100% accurate. We consider ourselves incredibly lucky that our guide was Juan Jose and driver Omar. Juan was deeply knowledgeable and kind, and simply a cool dude. It was like we had been friends for years. His tour of Tulum was informative and fun, and he chose the perfect breathtaking cenotes for us to visit. Wonderful and beautiful natural attractions in Tulum and the cenotes + the best guide and driver there could be = a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget and can’t recommend highly enough!

This trip was amazing with one of the best tour guides in the business “JJ” and his driver “Omar”! He got us to the Mayan Ruins before all the crowds and gave us the most in depth tour with a vast knowledge of the Mayan culture and history! We then went for a swim in a Lagoon and a cenote where he was there with us the whole step of the way! We then had a wonderful lunch in Akumal! What an excursion it was!

AMAZING!! So worth it to do the private tour! Our guide Alex was the best ever, and Carlos was our driver who was also the best! We totally got to ask all our questions and get told a ton of info while seeing the sights! ???? Worth it!
