The natural elements of the tour - the cenote and the turtles were wonderful. The guide (Danilo) was very personable and polite, but during the turtle snorkelling neither he nor the snorkelling guide paid much attention to the group. There was a lot of groups out there, all crowding around the turtles, and our group became very scattered - neither Danilo nor the snorkelling guide even seemed to notice that some people were being left behind. This was in contrast to other guides who were clearly taking care to guide their groups attentively.

This was a lot of fun. We saw a 6' turtle, as well as two smaller ones in their natural habitat, a stingray and a large barracuda. There was a lot of people however, and the snorkeling was mainly over sea grass and the water was murky. But we did see turtles!
