Quick communication with the company to confirm your and guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We got to see multiple locations and the driver and guide help navigate us through with ease.

We booked a tour with this agency after having talked to them for 2 days. The tour was cancelled without notification because the payment link expired before we could have made the payment. We had previously agreed on pick up location and time and at no moment we were told that the payment link had an expiration time. We woke up in the morning only to realise that the tour was cancelled. We were very excited to go on this tour and disappointed that there was unclear communication regarding the payment link.

Our guide was Rafik H., who was excellent. He was easy to understand and clearly could have told us much more about the sites than we had time for. Despite asking many questions, we were not able to stump him! We highly recommend both SaharanSky and Rafik.
