We arrived on time for our collection, only for the transfer never to arrive to take us to the boat. We eventually got through to customer service who told us due to an issue with the transfer our trip had been cancelled. We were then offered a chance to go another day or get a refund, when we sent a message asking for a refund, they immediately stopped replying and refused to answer phone calls. When back in the UK we requested our money back through Monzo. When Monzo were dealing with the Tour team, they lied and said we hadn't turned up for our pick up. The dispute was only resolved as we had screenshots proving they'd cancelled our tour. All round bad vibes - 0/10 would not recommend to a friend.

Absolutely the worst boat trip ever, 1st stop off was ok with decent scenery, the second lasted over 2 hours in which we were served a less a than adequate lunch while moored in a man made harbour with 10 other large boats. The last stop was the same as the first so nothing new to see. The trip promised 5 different stops with opportunities to see dolphins and turtles but not a sign of any marine life at all. I’ve nothing really to say positive about the day at all.
