What a fantastic day from start to finish. Pick up was from the hotel in the morning, and then the driver made other stops to pick up more people along the way from their hotels, and then the tour started. The tour consists of visiting two water falls - Lower and Upper Duden. Then there is a break for lunch (also provided by the tour company). Then we were taken to the cable cars, and finally the boat ride. The driver, the tour guide (who was very knowledgeable and informative), the tourist spots, the scenery, the food, everything was fantastic. My only real grumble is that we were taken to a jewellery shop/warehouse and to other shops where we feel inclined to buy something, or are pressured into buy something. This is a part of the tour which I did not purchase, nor did I want. But that is the only down side. For everything else, it is definitely 10 out of 10. Thank for such a lovely day out and I and my son deeply appreciate it.

We did this trip on October 19th 2022. Booking was very easy. Picked up at our hotel and off we went to enjoy a very full day of activities. Yousuf our guide was excellent and provided us with lots of information on various subjects. His knowledge of the local area and history was quite something but best of all was his mischievous sense of humour. A long day but great value for money and very entertaining.
