We were asked to be ready at a pick up spot at 5:25 AM and the bus was 30 min late to pick up. The tour guide barely gave any information and took us to a factory where they were trying to sell stuff to us. At Pamukkale, he took us at 12 PM which is 40C and left us at the entrance. We had trouble getting lockers because guides are supposed to accompany people there and ours didn't. The lunch was the worst I have had in turkey with very bad quality food. He then asked if we wanted to visit leather factory and everyone on the tour said no because we didn't want to be hassled. The sound quality in the bus was so bad we could hardly understand anything. The guide only spoke on the return journey. One of the worst tours I have had - would not recommend.
