All class are private and you can ask a different starting time, on request. You will learn to make pasta, and some fantastic Italian dishes with fun. I'm specialized in using produce that is organic, locally grown.I want to provide you an organic and sustainable experience. I provide guests the best selections of organic food and we only cook with extra virgin organic olive oil. On request I can make also gluten free class or kids cooking class.  Menu: two kind of pasta hand made, an Italian dessert siders, wines olive oil and wine tasting and farm visit. My philosophy from the beginning has been to serve whole natural foods that are minimally processed. Where ever possible we produce our items in house

Ali and her sous chef were great hosts who helped us learn about making pasta with some hands-on experience, plus we made some tiramisu to end the meal they were going to prepare for us. After we rolled out the dough, we made some spaghetti, tagliatelle, and ravioli, and then they prepared a fantastic meal for us with fresh ingredients and the freshly made pasta. We loved the experience held in what was once a Medici hunting palazzo.

I never attended the event so have no reason to suspect that the host provides anything but a wonderful experience. My issue is with TripAdvisor, and what I feel was it's mis-representation of this event in it's add (which has since been changed). My wife and I planned to be in Siena, so I booked this class, described in the TripAdvisor's add as being "in Siena." When we arrived in Siena the day before the event, upon checking the address to see where we had to go, I learned that in fact the event was not in the city of Siena, but rather in the outskirts of the PROVENCE of Siena, some 85 kilometers away. Not having a car, I called the host to say that I misunderstood the advertised booking and that I wouldn't be attending. Since my call was within 24 hours of the event, TripAdvisor refused to refund the full amount. (I was able to negotiate a request for a 50% refund with Alina, the host).

Fantastic cooking class in a beautiful location. Alina explaines passionately and shares many interesting and practical advice. The food was extremely delicious. Highly recommended!!
