Ali and her sous chef were great hosts who helped us learn about making pasta with some hands-on experience, plus we made some tiramisu to end the meal they were going to prepare for us. After we rolled out the dough, we made some spaghetti, tagliatelle, and ravioli, and then they prepared a fantastic meal for us with fresh ingredients and the freshly made pasta. We loved the experience held in what was once a Medici hunting palazzo.
