For those looking for an authentic gelato-making experience, you’ve come to the right place. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the owner, Mirko, will make sure you leave with more knowledge (and tastings) of gelato than you would have imagined!

Mirko is a true maestro but more importantly a passionate and wonderful all around human being. A patient and engaged teacher, he will explain it all to you and his excitement about the process is contagious. He is rightly proud of his out-of-this-world pistacchio but make sure to ask him about the fascinating flavors he concocted for The Rolling Stones, Ennio Morricone, and many others. World-class gelato and gelatiere. We look forward to seeing him and his brand more in the US!

The passion of Mirko is enthusiastically reflected in his choice of the best ingredients, creative flavors and painstaking processes in making the best gelato in Tuscany. Four of us had an evening class where were learned how to make gelato and taste the many flavors available. We have now been spoiled. No other gelato since has measured up in freshness, flavor and texture. Thank you so much for such a great experience!
