Seeing the Cathedral but she spent almost all of the time there. She also showed us the square. We were disappointed because we were shown very little of Siena with this tour

Really disappointed with this experience. Have no idea what the tour is like? Despite emailing, calling now Metroid times and telling the company we were stuck in traffic and would be 5mins late- they did nothing to assist. We got to Piazza Di Campo and our guide would have been 5 minutes ahead of us. We called to ask her f they could direct us to where we were needing to be and they basically wouldn’t help. M advice- be early and won’t expect any assistance. This was number 8 of walking tours we had done in Italy and the only one that we found really not helpful.
