Depending on where your ship docks, your driver will either be waiting on the dock as close to your ship as possible. If there are two gangplank exits he will stand in the centre of both. Or your driver will be waiting after the new passenger terminal that you will have to walk through. He will be holding a sign with your name on it.

Giovanni was a wonderful guide! He was a very safe driver, but also valued getting us back to the port on time. Gave excellent recommendations for places to visit while in Florence. Would highly recommend!!

Leonardo was the best driver and tour guide we could have hoped for! He was from Florence, extremely knowledgeable, and took us to see as many historical sights as we could see in just a few hours time. He picked us up from our Viking cruise in Livorno, made a quick pit stop in Pisa, then onto Florence. I would highly recommend requesting Leonardo! 10/10!!

We had an incredible day exploring Pisa and Florence with our guide Cristiano. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating. Cristiano gave us excellent direction on which landmarks to prioritize, where to shop, and even where to enjoy a delicious lunch — all of which made the day smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights was his gelato recommendation — hands down the best we’ve had on our entire trip! His local knowledge, thoughtful planning, and warm personality made this a memorable experience for our whole family. This tour exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it — especially if you’re lucky enough to have Cristiano as your guide!
