I'm Simone Vergamini, "Best Sommelier of Tuscany 2023", 3rd place in the Best Sommelier of Italy 2018, 2021 and 2022, and it will be a pleasure to accompany you to discover the best wineries. During the journeys I will tell you the history of the area and its traditions, the vines and the peculiarities of the area. It will be a pleasure to answer your questions and I will put all my knowledge at your service so that you will go home enriched. We will visit 2 splendid wineries representative of the Bolgheri area (usually Chiappini and Grattamacco, alternatively Tenuta di Vaira and Le Novelire) and, after having touched the vineyards and visited the cellars, we will taste the wines produced in combination with local products. Vivo in Garfagnana e in nel mese di settembre scorso ho deciso di prenotare il tour a Bolgheri con Simone in occasione della visita di alcuni parenti dalla Danimarca. Siamo partiti al mattino e abbiamo visitato la prima cantina intorno alle 11 (Chiappini), poi Simone ci aveva prenotato un ottimo a base di prodotti tipici nel cuore di Bolgheri e il pomeriggio abbiamo visitato una piccola ma eccezionale cantina, Le Novelire. Semplicemente una giornata che non scorderemo mai!
