The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We really enjoyed our walk around Siena with Chiara. She was great! We've been to Siena before but wanted to learn some additional details about one of our favorite towns in Tuscany. Meeting a local is a great way to learn more about the cultural aspects of living here as well as obtain tips about restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

Met with our guide Gisela who took us on a 2 hour personal walking tour of Siena, showing us a more non-historical side of life in Siena and the people who live there. She answered all our questions and gave us different perspective of life inside and outside the famed walls. Definitely a different way to appreciate the city. Gisela was great.

Nijat gets a 10+++++++++++++++++++ rating from my wife Jaime and I on 6/25/19 in Siena. He was as knowledgeable, professional, objective, and polite as one could ever dream of and provided exactly what we wanted.
When you contacted me to let me know know he would not be providing the "typical" European tour, that was exactly what we were looking for! He was a perfect fit.
Also, if Nijat's type of tour is what your firm specializes in (i.e. NOT spending the tour inside museums, art museums, churches, and businesses such as glass blowers, etc.) then that's exactly what we look for and I think many others would prefer as well. And...Nijat should be your model tour guide for that business model!
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
