Fattoria Sorbaiano, a historic farm with a wine and oil production vocation, is located in Montecatini val di Cecina, in the DOC Montescudaio. We were running about an hour late due to one of our trains being cancelled and Poalo was very gracious and waited for us. Our tour was amazing. The views are incredible and the wine was some of the best we have tasted in Italy so far. We highly recommend this experience.

Wonderful Fattoria, delicious wine, really nice and helpful owner, Paolo. He gave us a private tour with a tasting and told us all about his vineyard and the history of it. A wonderful place to buy wine in the Toscana near Cecina and Montecini, which by the way is a beautiful, typically Toscan town on a hill and also worth a visit.
