The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Our flight arrived early, the transfer had not arrived but staff at the airport were very helpful and reassuring. We had a cup of coffee and waited past our pick-up time. Our driver duly arrived, very apologetic. We drove to our hotel without incident and chatted in Spanish to our driver. He was very friendly. Overall, a good experience. We would choose Syctravel again.
