The Stambha itself is covered with very beautiful sculptures. It's really very beautiful if you see these particularly. A must place to visit during Chittorgarh Fort Visit.

We had a wonderful trip with Mr. Shankar. His almost new car was very comfortable. On our way from Udaipur he told us the whole history of Mewar from Udai Singh to Rani Padmavati, Rana Sanga, Gora Badal. We didn't need a guide. We had a nice conversation all throughout. He never rushed through different points on our trip. Gave us ample time to see around. By evening we were like friends. We even booked him for our last day at Udaipur.
