The communication with viator was excellent. We were always updated as to where to go and when to be there.. They were super helpful at the office where we redeemed our voucher. We met our guide, whose name is Mirella. She took us through the Ufizzi with ease. She got us upfront to see all the important pieces of art. Her English was excellent and easy to understand. She was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. We would recommend Viator. We have used viator in several countries and they have always been top-notch. We sure hope that you get the guide Mirella Bonarini as she made our visit the best.
