We had a great experience! Though we never met Immaculate, all the planning was done virtually. I loved that the responses were timely, and no details were left out. Her recommendations for accomodation and other advice was commendable! Our allocated driver, Max, was knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for the well planned trip! It was simply amazing. Period. Immaculate is exceptional when it comes to Customer satisfaction and I had the best experience ever. I have done many Safaris and outings in Uganda but Bwindi along with lake Bunyonyi was superb for me.The whole experience made me realise that I missed so much previously with other Tour operators and now I just ring or text Immaculate and she helps me out with all my travelling needs. I highly recommend Terrace Safari Uganda and I can guarantee that you will have the best of experiences.
