Mountain gorilla tracking in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a habitat with a minimum of 400 mountain gorillas which is close to a half of the 880 numbers that are known to thrive in the world. This tour was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted an efficient and smooth trip to see the gorillas up close, so we flew into Kigali (Rwanda) enabling us to see this amazing (and safe) country. However, Gorilla trekking in Uganda is both cheaper (~50% of permits in Rwanda) and offer multiple different opportunities to be sure you see them, but that does not mean you need to fly in and out of Uganda. Highly recommend flying to Kigali and driving the 2-3 hours across the border. Frena Adventures delivered on all metrics; airport pickup/drop off. Nice driving in a decent car, nice lodges with good food (catering for gluten intolerant meals). Our guide, Roland, made the many hours in the car feel safe and enjoyable. Thank you for everything - highly recommended for other tourists interested in Gorilla trekking!

The gorilla trekking trip went very smooth. Our tour guide Ronald came on time for pick up and the accommodation were very good. We enjoyed our tour with Frena adventures and would highly recommend them.
