Take a ride on the wild side as we tour Kampala at night on the back of a boda boda motorcycle, or if you prefer, we can go in a vehicle. Our tour guide will take you to some of the most popular places for nighttime snacks and street food. You will meet up with a knowledgable tour guide who will take you to at least 3 favorite street food spots while informing you about Ugandan food, culture and history. You will taste favorites such as muchomo - grilled meats and the world famous Ugandan rolex.

I would highly recommend this tour if you are interested in seeing wha t locals eat. On this your you also get a good glance at what it’s like in Uganda after dark. The street food vendors and the markets places that stay open after hours to feed everyone. My man Kennedy did a great job show us around. He made sure we got to eat like the locals. We had BBQ’ed goat leg which hubby loved, we had Goat Kidney, Beef knee cap soup, liver, the all too famous Rolex and chicken and fries. We started off at a cattle market then we zoomed around the city on the back of boda bodas hitting up different places. Kennedy had a lot of knowledge an answered all questions that we had. If you go on this tour ask for Kennedy, you’ll have blast.

wenn man authentisch in Kampala wie eine Einheimischen fortbewegen möchte, dann ist ein boda boda (Motorfahrad Taxi) einen geeigneten Mittel. Es ist nicht ohne Risiko, weil die Verkehr sehr chaotisch ist, aber ein unvergesslichen Erlebnis ! Der Hauprfokus diesen Ausflug ist das Street Food, jenseits von touristischen Restaurants. Nicht nur das kosten von lokalen Spezialitäten (ein gewisses Abenteuergeist ist gefragt) ist interessant, sondern den Blick hinter der Kulisse lohnt sich jedenfalls. Mein Guide hat sich auskennt und konnte vieles über den Essensverhalten der Kampalarinnen erklären. Ein Tipp: kombiniere diesen Ausflug mit einem Stadtrundgang zu fuss. Dann hat man viele Aspekten des City Life abgedeckt.

I had a wonderful experience. Getting an opportunity to explore the many streets food of Kampala was amazing. My tour guide, Kennedy, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I also enjoyed the thrill of the boda boda rides. I definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get a taste (literally) of the Uganda culture.
