What can we say, Kenny went above and beyond to cater for our needs - he was even very flexible when we had our flights changed! From the moment we met, we felt welcomed by Kenny and Eddie (the driver) just like family. We travelled very comfortably in their vehicle and felt safe and secure at all times. The accommodation was comfortable and beautiful, we really enjoyed being surrounded by nature. The day of the trek was challenging, but well worth the hike! Thank you for such an incredible trip and for helping us achieve our dreams of trekking with the gorillas in Uganda!! Ps. The reason we chose this company was because Kenny runs and supports an orphanage in rural Uganda. We got in touch with him prior to our trip and brought children’s clothes, books and devices. If your a first time traveler like me and your planning to visit Uganda for the first time, your sorted Bright Safaris Uganda can erase your fear, we had fear when we were booking our first tour but finally this tour company did an amazing job for us. I asked him over and over but he never got tired of me and kept encouraging me with detailed testimonials and information that made us finally decided to go to Uganda.
