If I had to shorten the story, the tour was awesome! It already started before the tour, they were really kind and helped us out with some problems for crossing the border.

Not too sure what to expect, but it was an interesting day. Met with our friendly guide at the embarkation point and after about 1.5 hours drive arrived at the first checkpoint. We cleared it pretty quickly and saw the first village, followed by the radar station Duga and Pripyat with Chernobyl. The guide is very knowledgeable, the lunch is authentic for the tour and as a real life radiation protection specialist I can assure you that it is completely safe. Buildings won't last long, you won't see, you have to hurry
