This is a tour designed for Catholic Pilgrims united in the Holy Trinity and Marian Devotion. In 1917 three children witness the apparitions of the Virgin Mary in the rural and uninformed heart of Portugal. Their lives would change indelibly - and with them, those of all Catholics in the world. Meet the profoundly moving story of these children while deepening their knowledge of the Fatima Message, your devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Jesus and Mary.   • Basilica de Nossa Senhora do Rosario de Fatima, Fatima, Portugal
    After lunch, we will continue to the Sanctuary. Occupying the area of the primitive land where the Virgin appeared to the children, today it is an organized structure for the reception of pilgrims from all over the world, visited by 4 Popes and graced with 4 Golden Roses. Mass is at 6.30 pm always in Portuguese - but then again a mass is a mass and the organ is just amazing! .The Chapel of Apparitions and the Basilica of the Holy Trinity are different places of worship within in the Sanctuary and allow visitors to tour as well. We will also visit the Museums in the area (expect on Mondays) . During our time at the Sanctuary, we will also be visiting the tombs of Sister Lucia; Saint Francisco and Saint Jacinta - as his holiness Saint Joh Paul II stated, the two Candles God offered to Humanity. You’ll now have some free time on your own for prayers and adoration. Until 2020 we are suggesting the Itinerary of the Pilgrim, a suggestion for the Pastoral years 2018-2020.

    We are driving for dinner between 7.30 PM and 8.00 PM as the Rosary and Candlelight Procession begin at 9.30 PM. 9.30 PM – 10.45 PM – Rosary and Candlelight Procession.

  • Casa-Museu de Aljustrel, Fatima, Portugal
    One of the most important religious pilgrimage sites in Europe, Fátima became famous in 1917 when three small children claimed to have seen a vision of the Virgin Mary there. We start our day doing all your religious and souvenir shopping in a quick stop at Fatima's shopping center so that you can have your objects blessed at mass in the Sanctuary. We will continue our drive to Aljustrel in order to visit the Little Sheppards’ Houses and places of the Angel’s 2nd Apparition

  • Valinhos Sanctuary, Fatima, Portugal
    We will also visit Valinhos, where the Virgin appeared and Loca do Anjo – place of the Angel’s Apparitions. This is one of Fátima most sacred and peaceful places. If the weather and timing is good we will still walk up to the Plith of the Hunagrians doing some of the Stations of the Cross. By now we will have to check how our pilgrims are! Most likely and after all the walking, we will be heading for a very deserved lunch! Our restaurant selections always include cozy traditional local restaurants.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

My mother and I did this tour, and had a great experience. Our guide, Daniella, was extremely knowledgeable about both the historical and religious aspects of the Fátima story, and we learned a great deal from her. She really led the tour as a pilgrimage, and it made for a rich spiritual experience. She was also very flexible and will to accommodate some schedule changes, based on what my mom wanted to do. All around a great tour, very much worth it!

Our tour guide, Daniella, was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable about the story & history of Fatima. There wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer. It was an excellent tour!

Beautiful experience for my family of five (including three children 13, 9 & 7). Daniel was a wonderful guide, interacted well with the kids and kept the pace of our day appropriate. We followed his recommendations for lunch, mass and souvenirs: which lent well to a worry free, easy day.
